 Type of stay-form application: This was the first time that the superintendent for Miron Construction, Bert Pieper, had used Stay-Form. He said there was "considerable" savings (no labor costs for stripping formwork) in using stay-form in the double keyway bulkheads on the seven feet thick heavy mat slabs. This fast track power plant project required 65,000 cu. yards of concrete. "Time Is Money" and Stay-Form was a time saver on this project. |
