Pile caps and grade beams with wooden vertical supports utilizing pencil rod and cat-head clamps to provide support and keep the forms plumb.		Pile caps formed with Stay-form supported with rebars. Note how straight and true the finished pile caps appear.


Grade beams formed with Stay-form supported with rebar that was kept straight and plumb with lumber drilled to fit over the rebar.		Note that additional lengths of lumber extend from the rebar supports to grade. Once anchored to grade the forms are fully supported.
